Who we are

A2R Pure (Est. 2026 · India) sells packaged dry fruits, nuts and gift boxes through this website. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product becomes unavailable after you order it.

Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Reviews

Reviews should reflect your genuine experience with a product you purchased from us. We moderate reviews and may remove ones that are abusive, fake, or unrelated to the product.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, to the extent permitted by Indian law. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered place of business.
